The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number of units, sales price, and payment details of the product(s) are as specified during the ordering process.
**ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS**
4.1 The BUYER acknowledges having read and understood the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the product subject to the contract, and having provided the necessary approval electronically.
4.2 The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the address specified by the BUYER within the timeframe stated on the website, provided that the statutory period of 30 days is not exceeded.
4.3 If the product is to be delivered to a person or entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held liable if the designated recipient refuses to accept the product.
4.4 The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by any applicable warranty documents.
4.5 Delivery shall not be made until the product price has been paid. If payment is not completed or is cancelled for any reason, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
4.6 If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure events (natural disasters, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, etc.), the BUYER shall be notified. The BUYER may cancel the order or request a postponement of the delivery.

**ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL**
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified via e-mail or other communication channels within this period.
Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, the product price shall be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days of the returned product reaching the SELLER. ---
**ARTICLE 6 – CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED**
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
* Products prepared specifically for the individual
* Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., jewelry such as earrings, if the packaging has been opened)
* Used or damaged products
* Single-use products

**ARTICLE 7 – RETURN CONDITIONS**
Products to be returned must be sent complete with their original packaging and all accessories.
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER unless otherwise specified.

**ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION**
In the implementation of this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.

**ARTICLE 9 – ENTRY INTO FORCE**
Upon completing the order via the website, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
