Your orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Your orders will be delivered as soon as possible, without exceeding the statutory 30-day limit.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

You may contact us via e-mail or our other communication channels to initiate a return request.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Returns are not accepted for the following products:

*   Products such as earrings and piercings (due to hygiene reasons),
*   Custom-made or personalized products,
*   Products that have been used, damaged, or are no longer in a resalable condition.

RETURN PROCESS

Products to be returned must be sent with their original packaging and all accessories.

Once the returned product reaches the SELLER, it is inspected; if it meets the return criteria, the product price will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event that the product is faulty or defective, the return shipping cost is covered by the SELLER.
